The Supply Chain Master Scheduler will analyze demand and supply at various levels, identify imbalances, and recommend actions. This role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to reduce lead-times and conducting rough-cut capacity planning to align with SI&OP commitments. The Master Scheduler will oversee S&OE commitments, resolve material and capacity conflicts across the manufacturing network, and create master schedules that balance customer demand with workload leveling and resource optimization. Key responsibilities also include maintaining scheduling parameters, monitoring schedule implementation, assessing risks, and proactively resolving potential conflicts or bottlenecks. The position requires close collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure realistic schedules aligned with business objectives. Additionally, the role involves evaluating and adjusting schedules for inventory and capacity constraints, communicating changes to stakeholders, reviewing upcoming projects for complexity and resource requirements, and identifying areas for process improvement within the scheduling function.
