This role is responsible for managing inventory levels of raw materials and components, ensuring Master Production Schedule (MPS) achievement, and defining actions for inventory reduction. The Supply Chain Scheduler will also measure and improve supplier service rates, plan raw material and component requirements, validate and send forecasts to suppliers, and ensure timely material arrivals. This position involves identifying and resolving blocking points, attending logistics/purchasing meetings, proposing action plans for material shortages, and supporting the implementation of supply chain improvement tools and methods. The role also includes defining inbound transportation plans, supporting inventory counting, alerting sales in case of crisis, meeting with suppliers regularly, proposing logistics protocols, and ensuring coverage for the position during absences.
