As a Supply Chain Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels of raw materials and components, ensuring the achievement of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), and proposing preventative actions for material availability. You will define and lead initiatives for inventory reduction, measure and improve supplier service rates, and plan raw material and component requirements based on sales, inventory, and operations planning. Your role involves validating and sending forecasts to suppliers, monitoring daily material arrivals, and ensuring timely shipments. You will also identify and resolve blocking points, attend logistics/purchasing meetings, and support the implementation of supply chain improvement tools and methods. Additionally, you will define inbound transportation plans, support inventory counting accuracy, and alert sales in case of crises. Regular communication with suppliers, proposing logistics protocols, and ensuring supplier account coverage during absences are key aspects of this position.
