Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's of Science degree
  • 2-3+ years of experience with Supply Chain and/or Logistics
  • At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics at a high-speed manufacturing plant
  • Experience with Google or Microsoft Administrative applications
  • SAP experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer service and procurement teams for the site.
  • Define and monitor team indicators and targets.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain improvement tools and methods (e.g., Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run) with relevant departments.
  • Ensure SIOP/MPS are realistic and consistent, and manage the site's load.
  • Manage bottleneck issues by coordinating actions with customers and critical resources (suppliers, production).
  • Ensure the site's industrial objectives are met by optimizing resources and inventory levels.
  • Monitor MPS realization and propose corrective actions related to component availability.
  • Define inbound and outbound transportation plans with the External Flow Analyst.
  • Manage all product demands from customers and the site's load.
  • Coordinate with the customer logistics team to issue sales forecasts and analyze significant variations in customer needs, proposing and negotiating adapted actions.
  • Update and analyze customer service rates for all customers.
  • Manage cooperation and logistics issues with external logistics platforms.
  • Ensure data is entered into SAP for SIOP and MPS setup.
  • Monitor delivery performance, daily shipments, and production priorities in coordination with APU, taking necessary corrective actions.
  • Manage the availability of returnable containers with customers.
  • Measure daily service rates for each customer and daily SSR for each supplier, proposing action plans to improve service levels.
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement team to achieve MPS service rate and required inventory levels.
  • Lead actions related to stock reductions and monitor inventory target realization.
  • Lead Logistics/Purchasing meetings and follow up on related action plans.
  • Propose logistics protocols with suppliers in cooperation with the External Flow Analyst and Purchasing.
  • Coordinate component inventory management through inventory targets.
