KDC/One – Groveport Scheduler Are you a natural problem-solver who loves organizing priorities, working with cross-functional teams, and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Scheduler to play a key role in ensuring materials, production schedules, and customer commitments stay on track. In this position, you'll be at the center of our operations, partnering with teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to make sure the right materials are available at the right time. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, planning, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Keep production running smoothly by ensuring materials are available to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Identify potential material shortages or supply risks before they become problems and help develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to balance priorities and meet customer expectations.
  • Communicate updates on high-priority materials, batches, and finished goods to help teams stay informed and aligned.
  • Work with suppliers to expedite deliveries, resolve delays, and maintain material flow.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with Inventory Control teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in cycle count activities and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews and help prepare Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) analyses.
  • Partner with Customer Service to manage changing customer needs and communicate realistic delivery expectations.
  • Support On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance by helping resolve material and process order shortages.
  • Release production orders, create production packets, and ensure manufacturing teams have what they need to succeed.
  • Help drive efficiency by coordinating material receipts and releases for timely production execution.
  • Maintain required documentation, SOPs, and work instructions in accordance with company standards.
  • Support a culture of teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
