The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies for capital equipment supporting energy infrastructure projects including, battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar generation projects, other generation solutions, and related electrical infrastructure. This role manages the procurement lifecycle from supplier engagement, sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, purchase order execution, and supplier relationship management through project delivery support. The position will serve as a key interface between Supply Chain, Project Development, Engineering, Construction, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to ensure equipment availability, supplier capacity, and procurement commitments are aligned with Calibrant's project pipeline. This role will also own and maintain working tools that support pipeline and supply alignment, commodity tracking, equipment allocation, procurement visibility, and supply chain risk management.
