About The Position

AWG is seeking a Supply Chain Management student to join its 2027 Summer Internship on the Upper Midwest Division Support Center operations team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The intern will gain direct experience with supply chain management, helping ensure products move from suppliers to member retailers and that store shelves remain stocked. The team supports timely, cost-effective product delivery by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and optimizing logistics. The internship runs from May 25, 2027, through July 30, 2027, and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week for 10 weeks. Overtime may be needed. The intern will travel to AWG’s Support Center in Kansas City, Missouri, for an end-of-year presentation to the executive leadership team. The work environment is business casual. The role pays $21 per hour.

Requirements

Be a Supply Chain Management major.
Junior- or senior-level students are preferred; recent grades are acceptable.
Demonstrate solid communication skills.
Demonstrate strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Be willing to ask questions and follow up.
Show initiative and enthusiasm for learning, and be able to follow direction.
Commit to a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, 10-week internship, with overtime as needed.
Travel to AWG’s Support Center in Kansas City, Missouri, for the end-of-year presentation.
