About The Position

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Mid-Level Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to join our dynamic team in St. Charles, MO. This position incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. It applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain. The role involves analyzing complex material requirements, verifying and incorporating Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan, and determining part number attributes. The analyst will initiate, coordinate, and authorize the release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability, ensuring on-time delivery, and documenting and resolving order delinquencies. Additionally, the position includes reporting schedule adherence issues, developing and controlling inventory plans, optimizing inventory levels, analyzing and dispositioning excess inventories, and initiating audits. The analyst will also develop and create schedules for products and services, assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals, and implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance. This position works under general direction and is expected to be 100% onsite.

Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.
3+ years of experience with scheduling experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
