The Alcon Supply Chain team is looking for talented and motivated early-career graduates to join its Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP), starting in June 2026, at the Fort Worth, TX location. The SCLDP is a key pipeline for graduate-degree talent with an ambition to advance into leadership positions within Alcon’s Supply Chain functions. Individuals chosen for this highly selective and challenging program will engage in tailored rotational experiences that support a leadership career path, completing three-year, yearlong rotations. Rotations will include Supply Chain & Analytics, Transportation & Logistics, and Warehouse & Distribution. Program benefits include a mentoring program, functional programming, networking events, tailored development, and executive presentations on key learnings and outcomes from each rotation. Members will also have the chance to make a real-world impact by working on meaningful projects that help patients and customers see brilliantly.

Requirements

  • Must be receiving a bachelor’s degree, MBA, or MS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, other business-related disciplines, or related majors
  • Must graduate in December 2025 or May 2026 (for a June 2026 start date)
  • Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g., through extracurricular activities or projects)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
  • Ability to commit to a three-year, full-time (40 hours per week) rotational program in Fort Worth, TX

Responsibilities

  • Apply job‑related and foundational professional knowledge to complete assigned tasks and support defined project or operational objectives
