Job Summary The Warehouse Associate supports efficient, organized, and safe warehouse operations within the telecommunications sector. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Foreman, this position is responsible for receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials and equipment needed for fiber network construction and maintenance projects. The Warehouse Associate ensures accurate inventory control, supports field operations, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
Pick, stage, and prepare materials for field crews and project sites.
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and deliveries.
Maintain proper organization and labeling of stock to ensure easy access and accurate tracking.
Perform cycle counts and assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Support the Warehouse Manager in maintaining accurate warehouse documentation and reports.
Ensure all materials and tools are stored safely and in compliance with company standards.
Assist with CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) processing, including device returns and inventory updates.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, following all safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and construction teams to ensure timely material availability.
Supports the Facilities Manager with day-to-day operations of the buildings and grounds.
Supports the Fleet Manager with day-to-day operations of the fleet.
