Where You'll Work: This role is remote and job seekers must reside in one of the following states PA, NJ, or DE to be considered. This role requires you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent Supply Chain work experience
• #LI-SH1

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update workbooks to support on-time product delivery, including modifying purchase order dates and destinations.
• Communicate with vendors to track shipment status and resolve issues related to documentation, system errors, or failed TMS orders.
• Enter and submit data for scanned documents into AIC reports for inventory accounting and import costing.
• Escalate and communicate any purchase order adjustments or issues to Supply Chain Coordinators and the business to ensure timely decisions and prevent missed airdates.
• Follow SOPs to create, edit, and adjust purchase orders and costs based on predefined guidelines and matrices
