About The Position
Under the supervision of the Stores & Transportation Supervisor, the intern will perform a variety of daily tasks, ensuring the proper processing and handling of aircraft parts/materials in the Materials Department in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. The role is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Good writing and communication skills
- Able to lift and handle freight items
- Valid vehicle driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Warehousing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist Materials Specialist with daily duties.
- Packing and Unpacking of materials.
- Counting/Audit of material in warehouse for comparison to Ramco Inventory for accuracy.
- Limited data input supervised by a materials specialist.
