The Supply Chain Summer Internship Program is part of Woodside’s USA Early Career Pathways initiative and is designed to build a sustainable pipeline of future supply chain, contracts, procurement, logistics, and commercial talent. The program provides undergraduate students with hands-on, real-world experience supporting Woodside’s U.S. operations, projects, and business activities. Internship opportunities may be available within Contracts & Procurement teams supporting Woodside’s corporate functions, Louisiana LNG (LALNG), and Gulf of America (GOA) operations. Depending on business needs and academic background, interns may gain experience across strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, supplier management, materials management, logistics, inventory planning, supply chain analytics, market research, cost analysis, contract administration, tendering and bid evaluation, purchase order management, performance reporting, and supply chain risk management. Interns may also support the development and execution of sourcing and contracting strategies, analyze supplier and market data, assist with commercial evaluations, monitor contract and supplier performance, and contribute to initiatives focused on cost efficiency, operational reliability, responsible sourcing, and continuous improvement. Interns will work alongside experienced supply chain, contracts, procurement, commercial, project, and operations professionals while developing analytical, commercial, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities. They will also gain exposure to how supply chain activities support major energy projects and day-to-day operations across LNG and deepwater oil assets. The internship serves as a primary feeder into Woodside’s future graduate and early-career programs and supports Woodside’s broader workforce and capability planning strategy in the United States.
