This role partners with location leaders to develop and implement HR plans that drive business results, optimize customer service, and align with core behaviors and values. The HR Advisor contributes to people strategies that support business objectives and organizational performance, while also supporting key operational and strategic decisions. They stay informed about general business conditions and HR trends, escalating to the Network HR Business Partner as needed. The position involves identifying development solutions for associates, providing guidance on people leadership and organizational management, and coaching associates on core behaviors and values. The HR Advisor drives accountability for engagement action plans, partners with HR Centers of Expertise to implement solutions, and uses organizational diagnostics to address talent and engagement challenges. They also participate in the interview and selection process for people leaders, support talent assessment discussions, and drive conversations around sourcing, recruiting, and staffing plans. Additionally, they identify and align inconsistent HR processes and practices with company strategy and support HR aspects of new location openings, closings, or relocations. Regular location visits are expected to interact with leaders and associates, assess engagement, deliver training, and conduct compliance audits.
