The Supply Chain HR Coordinator - Day role supports new associate onboarding, HR administrative tasks, and engagement initiatives within assigned locations. This position facilitates new employee orientation, manages HR systems, conducts I-9 verification, and administers drug screenings. The role also supports hiring managers with site-specific activities, assists with payroll administration including termination same-day pay and distributing pay cards, and serves as a first point of contact for associate concerns. Additionally, the HR Coordinator partners with leadership to maintain location signage, assists people leaders with timekeeping and employee data management, and manages facility communication updates. The role also supports site administrative work, engagement events, badge creation, equipment distribution, and generates business-related reporting as directed, following up on exception-based activities to improve compliance.
