Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, facilities operations, warehouse operations, or operational leadership required
- Google Workspace
- Inventory and procurement tracking systems
- Asset management systems
- Project management and documentation tools
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications in safety, facilities, supply chain, or operations management are a plus
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, inventory systems, and operational infrastructure preferred
- Experience developing workplace safety programs and conducting safety audits strongly preferred
- Experience supporting ISO certification initiatives or safety compliance programs is highly desirable
- Experience working in manufacturing, production, logistics, or operational environments preferred
- ERP, warehouse, or operational tracking systems preferred
- Notion or similar workflow/documentation platforms preferred
Responsibilities
- Procurement operations, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Facility maintenance, infrastructure projects, and contractor management
- Company-wide asset tracking and operational equipment oversight
- Workplace safety programs, compliance systems, and safety training
- ISO 45001 certification readiness and safety program development
- Operational process improvement and infrastructure scalability
