About The Position

The Supply Chain Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and timely production of high-quality products. This role provides leadership to manufacturing teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures alignment with organizational goals related to quality, productivity, and cost.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of capacity planning and lean manufacturing.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and lead technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or CI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor and adjust staffing levels, production schedules, and resource allocation to meet changing operational demands.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Lean Manufacturing principles and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Quality Control to maintain product standards, resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and team members to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies; investigate incidents and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and other departments to address operational challenges and meet customer expectations.
  • Establish and execute strategic initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall plant performance.
