About The Position

This position will focus on scheduling, fulfillment planning, and execution of product and service parts to support high fulfillment rate targets. Requirements

HSD or equivalent
High level of communication and organizational skills
Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, etc.)
ERP business system experience

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Familiarity with distribution channels (receiving, warehousing and shipping merchandise)
SAP experience

Responsibilities

Coordinate product move requests within facilities and create orders for interplant shipments.
Communicate with material handling, warehouse, and logistics teams to execute moves and track performance.
Manage the PVR requisition process.
Enter orders to process interplant transfers.
Schedule pick lists, shipments, and special order requests.
Manage order status inquiries, communications, and interactions.
Support individual locations with their specific paperwork and processes.
Provide date management support for all fulfillment activities in the distribution network.
Focus on shipment promise date integrity across fulfillment functions.
