The team is focused on scheduling, fulfillment planning and execution of product and service parts through our operations in support of our high fulfillment rate targets. Requirements

  • HSD or equivalent
  • High level of communication and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • ERP business system experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related
  • Familiarity with distribution channels (receiving, warehousing and shipping merchandise)
  • SAP experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product move requests within our facilities and create orders to process interplant shipments.
  • Communicate with material handling, warehouse and logistics teams to execute moves and track performance.
  • Manage the PVR requisition process.
  • Enter orders to process interplant transfers.
  • Schedule pick lists, shipments and special order requests.
  • Manage order status inquiries, communications and interactions.
  • Support individual locations and their specific paperwork and processes.
  • Provide date management support on all fulfillment activities in our distribution network.
