About The Position

Under direct supervision, the Supply Chain Associate is responsible for the execution of day-to-day operations including software troubleshooting, data governance, and customer support for Casey's team members and third-party business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet assigned goals within established timelines.
  • Basic analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Capable of understanding supply chain and logistics concepts, with the ability to learn and apply processes and systems.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide basic technical support and assist with end-user training or system guidance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of supply chain software including but not limited to merchandising, procure to pay, transportation, or warehouse management.
  • Experience in an operational capacity in retail industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day customer support of supply chain business processes and technologies for internal team members and third-party business partners.
  • Supports data integrity and accuracy of supply chain master data (e.g., team members, suppliers, customers, and products); partners with suppliers and business partners to investigate, resolve, and prevent data discrepancies that may impact supply chain execution, customer experience, or compliance.
  • Monitors and approves procurement activity to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Maintains business documents, including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs), data dictionaries, process maps, and system configurations.
  • Monitors the ticketing system to prioritize and assign medium-to-complex requests; resolves low-complexity requests, such as user access, system configurations, and maintenance.
  • Validates supplier-published product data to ensure accuracy and alignment with physical packaging and internal master data standards; collaborates with suppliers to investigate, resolve, and prevent data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Generates and distributes reports related to key supply chain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assists with meeting execution, including coordination, timekeeping, documentation, and note-taking.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
