About The Position

Signify is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to join its Supply Chain Team in Aurora, Colorado. Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify. The analyst will turn customer, supply chain, and logistics data into insights that strengthen operational performance, improve key metrics, and support data-driven decision-making. The role defines customer-level metrics and reports performance trends for Logistics Account Managers in the Customer Fulfillment organization. It also analyzes customer ordering behaviors and delivery requirements, identifies factors affecting service performance and logistics costs, owns KPI data and reporting, and provides analytics and decision support to drive operational excellence and improve performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business analytics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or logistics management, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
Experience developing KPI reports or dashboards and using data mining and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Nice To Haves

Power BI experience.
Professional supply chain or data analytics certification, such as APICS/ASCM, CSCP, CPIM, or CAP.

Responsibilities

Define relevant customer-level metrics and report performance trends for Logistics Account Managers within Customer Fulfillment.
Analyze customer ordering behaviors and delivery requirements, including order and delivery frequency, order quantity and value, returns, shipping conditions, value-added service requirements, and order cancellations.
Identify key drivers affecting customer service performance and logistics costs at the customer level.
Own the data required for key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain related reports and dashboards.
Provide data analytics and decision support to drive operational excellence.
Develop strategies and structural improvements to strengthen performance against key metrics.
