Internship dates: August 31st to December 18th, 2026 To have an enriching experience within the supply chain quality group. This position allows you to interact with several disciplines related to aeronautics, while being supported by experienced colleagues.

Requirements

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, computer engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, operations management, or business administration.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written).
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
  • Project management skills.
  • Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage P&WC Suppliers’ sub-tier declarations approval process
  • Validate Suppliers’ sub-tier declaration, using pre-determined criteria
  • Report on progress on the project
  • Support P&WC Supplier Request for Information process
  • Follow up with internal stakeholder e.g., Lab, Eng, Drafting, for open and aging supplier request for information.
  • Provide P&WC signed/ approved response (Form 3) to supplier
  • Conduct process mapping and write work instruction to support non product supplier management process
  • Rework Quality Management System (QMS) procedures to the latest template and bring about content improvements
  • Perform SharePoint administration tasks
  • Maintain tracker, KPI (as applicable), and perform archiving of records
  • Suggest and/or implement improvements, as applicable, to the overall process
  • Any other activities as deemed necessary by the supervisor, manager, and/or project team
