About The Position
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of the Consumer Electronics (CE) business. This role requires strong relationship building with retail channel partners, as well as sales, marketing, operations, and logistics teams. The analyst will actively coordinate Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and identify risks and opportunities based on current forecasts. This position involves providing concise and actionable analysis. A major responsibility is managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS), and forecast accuracy. The role also requires identifying macro trends, producing a weekly risk analysis, and measuring daily and weekly sales achievement.

Responsibilities
- Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy
- Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
- Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
- Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
- Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
- Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
- Present to and promote consensus-building internally and externally
- Work in a multi-cultural business environment
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
