About The Position

Our Supply Chain Planning organization is looking for a Supply Chain Planner who is passionate about leveraging data, analytics, and strategic planning to optimize supply chain performance across multiple suppliers and product categories. In this role, you will help ensure efficient inventory management, accurate demand forecasting, and seamless coordination between suppliers and internal business partners to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for supporting inventory, demand, and supply planning activities through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring products and materials are available when needed while balancing cost, efficiency, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing data and developing recommendations to improve business performance.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, and supplier management principles.
• Experience utilizing reporting, planning, and analytical tools to manage business performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple functional organizations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) preferred.
• Certification may be required in certain functional areas.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier management, or logistics operations.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics, reporting, and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analysis to support inventory, demand, and supply planning activities.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze forecasts to improve planning accuracy and support business objectives.
• Generate SKU-level demand forecasts and purchase planning recommendations.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analyzing large data sets and supply chain metrics.
• Provide insights and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies that support service levels and operational goals.
• Monitor inventory performance and maintain appropriate inventory levels across multiple product categories.
• Manage inventory turnover and recommend actions to optimize working capital.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure effective inventory allocation and distribution.
• Support initiatives focused on reducing excess and obsolete inventory while improving product availability.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to support business requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, and service quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support supplier planning discussions related to demand, capacity, and inventory availability.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Procurement, Production, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies and business priorities.
• Support integrated business planning activities by providing supply chain insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives that support organizational growth and operational objectives.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective product movement.
• Monitor transportation and fulfillment performance to support customer and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root-cause investigation, and process optimization.
• Recommend and implement solutions that improve operational performance and reduce costs.
