About The Position

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end supplier onboarding, registration, and enablement processes. The position involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance supplier participation and system adoption, serving as the primary point of contact for supplier-related systems, tools, and communications. Collaboration with procurement, finance, and IT teams is essential to optimize workflows and integrations. The role also ensures compliance with university policies, regulatory requirements, and payment processing guidelines, analyzes supplier data and performance metrics for continuous improvement, and provides training and guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
