About The Position

This role involves leading the end-to-end supplier onboarding, registration, and enablement processes. The manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier participation and system adoption, acting as the primary point of contact for supplier-related systems, tools, and communications. Collaboration with procurement, finance, and IT teams is essential to optimize workflows and integrations, ensuring compliance with university policies, regulatory requirements, and payment processing guidelines. The position also requires analyzing supplier data and performance metrics for continuous improvement, and providing training and guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
