About The Position

The Supplier Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how we partner with our contracted Engine MRO providers. You will be at the center of ensuring that shop outputs consistently meet commitments for turnaround time, cost, quality, and reliability, directly influencing operational performance and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, strengthening supplier relationships, and driving measurable improvements. You will monitor key performance indicators, identify deviations from contractual expectations, and work closely with MRO shops to define and execute corrective action plans. Your insights and leadership will help elevate contract execution, optimize cost, and reinforce long-term engine durability outcomes. Success in this position requires deep knowledge of engine MRO operations, strong contract performance management capabilities, and the analytical and negotiation skills needed to influence partners and guide continuous improvement. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Master's degree with minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Proven experience in engine MRO performance management, supplier oversight, or related aerospace operational roles.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational and financial data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience working with performance based or fixed price contracts in an MRO environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fastp aced, international setting.
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Business Administration, Financial, Engineering, or equivalent degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance reporting systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor engine MRO performance to ensure delivery, cost, and quality commitments are consistently achieved.
  • Track deviations in TAT, cost, and quality; identify root causes and drive timely, effective corrective actions.
  • Manage induction planning, capacity alignment, and prioritization of shop outputs to meet business needs.
  • Lead performance reviews with MRO shops and internal stakeholders, aligning on recovery plans and long-term improvements.
  • Maintain performance dashboards, analyze trends, and proactively highlight risks or opportunities.
  • Ensure shop compliance with contractual terms and support audit activities alongside MRO Specialists.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to validate data, ensure KPI transparency, and support contract strategy decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, best practices, and cost-optimization initiatives that enhance overall execution.
