Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, particularly in demand and/or supply planning in FMCG or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in S&OP leadership and implementation of best practices.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Strong autonomy, ability to manage multiple priorities, and analytical mindset.
  • Intermediate skills in tools: SAP, SAP IBP, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Access.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a unique demand plan for the entire product portfolio, in collaboration with the Platform and Global Supply Chain teams, over a 24-month horizon.
  • Be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the monthly S&OP process (ESO / Region / Global), including: Demand Review: consolidation of net requirements, coordination with key clients and stakeholders, contribution to IBP processes. Supply Review: consolidation of supplier plans and contribution to global S&OP.
  • Optimize key planning and supply chain processes (Demand Review, Supply Review, IBP, logistics flow, transport, etc.).
  • Improve planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, product segmentation, order frequency) to increase efficiency and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with Supply Operations and Global Supply Chain teams to develop short-term production programs, considering industrial constraints, customer service, and inventory objectives.
  • Lead bottleneck management and coordinate actions to prevent or minimize stock-out risks for markets and patients.
  • Build scenarios and alternative plans in collaboration with global teams.
  • Lead the execution of the destruction/write-off process in collaboration with suppliers and affiliates.
  • Support Supply Chain projects related to new product launches (NPI) and product transfers.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional teams to ensure planning milestones are met and to guarantee a balance between current activities and projects.
  • Contribute to achieving customer service and inventory objectives.
