About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking a purpose-driven Supplemental Sales Agent to help educators and other community-serving professionals access better benefits and financial stability. The role supports the Wise Benefits™ product suite, which includes supplemental policies that help offset costs not covered by major medical insurance. The agent will develop and present product offerings to schools, fire stations, municipalities, and other organizations, with leads, training, mentorship, and administrative support provided.

Responsibilities

• Become a licensed life and health insurance agent.
• Work alongside agents in a supportive, results-driven environment.
• Participate in hands-on training and mentorship programs to develop skills and advance professionally.
• Set meetings with schools, fire stations, municipalities, and other organizations to present products.
• Submit sales reports and applications in a timely manner.
• Perform follow-up and administrative tasks as needed.
