The role focuses on Horace Mann's Wise Benefits™ supplemental insurance products, which help offset costs that major medical insurance may not cover. The agent supports people in schools and communities as they work toward greater financial peace of mind.

The agent works alongside experienced colleagues, receives hands-on training and mentorship, and sets meetings with schools, fire stations, municipalities, and other organizations to present products. The position offers independent work without office requirements, with leads provided and administrative support managed by the team.

Responsibilities

• Become a licensed life and health insurance agent.

• Submit sales reports and applications in a timely manner.
