About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking a Supplemental Sales Agent to help educators and other community-serving professionals access supplemental benefits and improve their financial stability. The role promotes Wise Benefits™ policies, which help offset costs not covered by major medical insurance. The agent works independently while receiving leads, training, mentorship, and administrative support from the team. The position is based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Become a licensed life and health insurance agent.
• Work alongside agents in a supportive, results-driven environment.

• Set meetings with schools, fire stations, municipalities, and other organizations to present products.
• Submit sales reports and applications in a timely manner.
• Complete follow-up and administrative tasks as needed.
