Requirements
- Sales experience is required; business-to-business (B2B) experience is strongly desired.

- Proven ability to achieve goals.
- A Life and Health insurance license is required; it may be obtained during the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct group and individual meetings within the established client base.
- Identify and solicit new business prospects in the assigned territory to grow new accounts.
- Serve as a point of contact for existing and potential customers.
- Conduct initial and follow-up sales calls with prospective and current clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
