Requirements
- Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or home care experience preferred
- Knowledge of non-skilled home care regulations preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing supervisory visits for Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides
- Complete client assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Ensure caregivers are following the plan of care and agency policies
- Provide education, guidance, and support to field staff
- Communicate with clients, families, and office staff regarding changes in condition or service needs
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
