Requirements

MUST HAVE a valid FOID card to work in a firearms retail environment.
Previous experience in retail management or sales, preferably in the firearms industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of firearms and related products is a plus.
additional certifications in retail or firearms training are a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations at the retail sales range counter to ensure a seamless customer experience.
