About The Position

Tim Hortons is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor to oversee daily operations and team members. The role involves coordinating staff, ensuring quality and service standards, and maintaining store cleanliness. The final compensation will be determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity, with competitive compensation and compliance with pay transparency legislation. Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of food service or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
  • Assign duties, create schedules, and provide direction
  • Train new employees on procedures, food safety, and service standards
  • Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
  • Assist with hiring and retention efforts
  • Ensure product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and store standards (front + back of house)
  • Step into different positions during busy periods (drive-thru, kitchen, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory and ensure product availability
