About The Position

The Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team, supporting successful strategy implementation and operational excellence to strengthen brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role creates a high-energy store experience by engaging consumers, modeling service behaviors, and coaching associates on sales and service. The Supervisor also helps train employees, resolve consumer concerns, support talent engagement and performance feedback, and maintain compliant cash-handling and merchandise operations. In the absence of another member of management, the Supervisor oversees the store team.

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience, with demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds and the physical activities described in the posting.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage consumers and model appropriate service behaviors to create a high-energy, compelling store experience.
• Supervise associates and provide consistent coaching on the sales training process to support high service and sales standards.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and customer satisfaction goals, partnering with the Store Manager on elevated issues.
• Participate in training new hires and current employees on company culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy, programs, and associate responsibilities.
• Partner with store management to set expectations, coach associates, and foster engagement, retention, and talent development.
• Deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Work with store management to adapt business strategies and meet or exceed daily store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the store team when another member of management is absent.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
