About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Palisades Center, you will support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and achieving business results. You will help execute store operations, maintain the store’s visual presentation, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The role reports to the Store Manager.

The supervisor supports sales and operational goals, engages customers to build relationships and brand loyalty, and serves as a role model for the customer experience. On designated shifts, the supervisor performs point-of-sale transactions and carries out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The position may require occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

Associates are eligible for a merchandise discount. Eligible associates scheduled to work on designated holidays receive additional compensation. The stated pay range is USD $16.75–$23.00 per hour.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and perform supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
