This role involves conducting pre-planned coaching and mentoring of General Managers (GMs), Assistant Managers (AMs), and crew members. The position requires planning on-the-job coaching objectives, providing feedback, and mentoring for professional development and career tracks. The Supervisor will also be responsible for achieving operational excellence in all stores through a structured approach, reinforcing company policies, identifying and diagnosing operational gaps, and developing action plans. Financial oversight includes reviewing financial variables, analyzing data, developing presentations, and presenting updates during meetings. Additionally, the role requires taking a leadership role in market development activities to drive growth, coordinating business plans, driving local store marketing initiatives, and empowering GMs to take leadership roles in executing these initiatives.
