About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating an excellent customer experience and achieving desired results. You will also help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Serve as a role model for team members in delivering the customer experience.
• Support the management team in consistently meeting store merchandising and operational standards.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a great work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
• Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
