About The Position

Tommy Bartlett Exploratory is hiring a Supervisor for its Wisconsin Dells location. The Supervisor maintains Guest Services and oversees tasks involved in opening, daily, and closing operations of the attraction. The role also upholds facility cleanliness and safety standards and is needed for more closing shifts.

The Supervisor helps ensure guests receive outstanding service, maintains attraction and display standards, supports cash-management tasks, and assists with lunch-break coverage and floor shifts as needed. Requirements

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Quality-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through systems and POS register systems.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation accurately.
• Ability to operate and use equipment necessary to run an attraction.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to move or transfer supplies weighing 0–50 pounds throughout the attraction.
• Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates, especially weekends.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining service standards, and demonstrating exhibit knowledge.
• Communicate Guest Service standards.
• Maintain show standards, display presentation, maintenance, safety, signage, and cleanliness.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with management tasks, including cash management such as safe handling, cash-outs, and deposits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Help cover lunch breaks and work floor shifts when needed.
• Help with daily tasks to maintain the facility’s cleanliness and safety standards.
