About The Position

The Supervisor facilitates an impressive operation with enthusiastic team members by providing exceptional service. The role includes making a lasting impression on every guest through positive, friendly interactions and providing safe, efficient service. The Supervisor assists in leading the operation, ensuring staffing, and handling escalated operational needs as necessary. The listed schedule is Sunday through Thursday.

Requirements

Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
Friendly and outgoing.
Able to smile during customer interactions.
Upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and strong work ethic.
Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
Ability to run and move quickly.
Ability to organize cars efficiently.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
At least 18 years of age.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to create relationships with customers.
Organized.

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory experience.
EMT or emergency call center experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure team members and guests are safe at all times.
Operate vehicles safely when needed to minimize the potential for accidents.
Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
Ensure team members provide exceptional guest experiences by smiling at, greeting, and helping every guest as they enter the garage.
Maintain garage organization.
Set an upbeat tone and create a positive environment for team members and customers.
Help team members use approved language choices.
Communicate the organizational plan to co-workers when the shift is over.
Set an example by maintaining a sharp appearance and helping team members follow VPNE’s uniform guidelines.
Oversee team members to maintain a professional work area.
Assist in leading the operation, ensuring staffing, and handling escalated operational needs as necessary.
