About The Position

Join Aftermath as a Supervisor and take the lead on projects that restore peace of mind after life’s toughest moments. This isn’t a desk job—it’s hands-on work that makes a real difference. In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates—Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour. With over 60 regional offices and over 100 mobile units located across the country, Aftermath is the nation’s largest biohazard remediation and trauma cleanup company. For over 25 years, we have provided professional and compassionate services to more than 35,000 families, communities and businesses after traumatic events. More than 250 experienced crime scene cleanup professionals are dedicated to lifting the burden of cleanup from those who are grieving after tragedies like suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, infectious disease outbreaks, accidents or other biohazard situations by providing emergency rapid response 24/7/365.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel

Nice To Haves

2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred
IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
Xactimate experience
A track record of successful community engagement and outreach
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

Responsibilities

Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
