About The Position

The Supervisor is an integral member of the store management team, contributing to the implementation of strategies and operational excellence that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role supports the leadership team and helps drive sales, coach store associates, manage daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming shopping environment.

The Supervisor is expected to embody Levi Strauss & Co.’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance. This includes leading by example, supporting store associates, following store management directives and company policies, and consistently meeting or exceeding store and individual sales and performance goals. The position is part-time and located at American Dream in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Must be able to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Must comply with store policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives from store management.
• Must consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide, support, and coach team members through mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support store associates so they can perform their work effectively.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive store culture.
