About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the Levi’s® store at American Dream during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and helps maintain store productivity and appearance during peak, high-volume periods. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This part-time seasonal position is based in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The associate must be available for a flexible schedule that includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, such as Black Friday. The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reliable transportation and a minimum age of 16 are required.
Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts (for example, Black Friday).
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Help maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
