About The Position

The Supervisor oversees janitorial activities to ensure buildings and facilities are clean, sanitized, and maintained in a safe and healthy manner. The role includes supervising cleaning tasks and maintaining janitorial areas, equipment, materials, and supplies in a safe and orderly condition. This is a part-time position in Conway, Arkansas, scheduled Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Travel is not required. The position reports to the Immediate Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Supervise cleaning and sanitizing of offices, lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, and break rooms.
Supervise mopping tile and concrete floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, and dusting furniture and fixtures.
Supervise washing and disinfecting washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, hand dryers, fixtures, and drinking fountains.
Clean mirrors and remove fingerprints from walls, doors, hardware, and glass.
Replenish supplies such as toilet tissue, hand towels, soap, chemicals, and urinal screens; maintain adequate supplies and restock materials.
Empty wastebaskets and garbage cans and place garbage in the outside storage bin.
Clean entrances and exits, including glass, doors, and hardware; keep the nearby outside area clear of snow, cans, paper, and other debris.
Clean kitchen and breakroom sinks and counters; spot-clean walls and toilet partitions.
Report maintenance repairs, equipment repair needs, damages, and acts of vandalism.
Secure storage areas and maintain janitorial areas, equipment, materials, and supplies in a safe and orderly manner.
Perform other related duties as required.
