About The Position

This role is responsible for leading or performing Plant or department projects affecting the entire facility. The Supervisor will also be responsible for directing and monitoring workflow, filling in as needed for other department personnel or where the workload indicates. This position operates various department equipment, maintains records and helps to instruct department personnel as needed. The role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics of warehouse activities, including shipping/receiving/warehouse inventory management, health and safety. The Supervisor manages warehouse personnel, provides work direction, and trains workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. They establish work schedules and procedures, prepare and submit progress and other reports, and coordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments. This role also communicates with and schedules work with Deluxe Vendors and may respond to customer service emails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and 3 years of experience OR HS/GED and 7 years of experience.
  • 1 year of management experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of personal computers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of processes and equipment, lean principles and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
