Requirements

  • Completed and verifiable Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field)
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • 3 years of experience as a Promoter/Customer Service
  • 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • 2 years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative controls
  • Advanced knowledge of cash settlement procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of good manufacturing practices
  • Basic knowledge of quality
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced Office and Windows skills
  • Advanced knowledge of commodity audits
  • Advanced sales techniques

Responsibilities

  • Consult, analyze, and plan sales objectives for gallon jugs and other products, as well as process indicators, translating them into work plans to ensure their fulfillment.
  • Administer and manage communication and dissemination strategies to keep the team informed about progress, promotions, indicators, and activities that impact volume and revenue.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and monitor activities for the development of current clients, prospecting, and contracting of new clients, increasing the average ticket and sales volume.
  • Participate and monitor the administration of assigned resources and compliance with internal controls, ensuring the correct application of policies, prices, and budgetary resources.
  • Supervise and control the execution of operational and sales routines of the team, generating information, identifying areas for improvement, and establishing action plans.
  • Train and motivate collaborators to develop their commercial skills, knowledge of the product portfolio, and necessary competencies for achieving results.
