Responsibilities

  • Execute, Register, and Control the count of product, packaging, deliveries, and pallets in the exit and return of routes and freight forwarders, to ensure correct and timely registration, as well as control the risk of inventory differences.
  • Verify and Ensure the reception and reconciliation with Production to guarantee that the notified product and packaging matches in quantity with what is registered in the system and complies with the established acceptance policies.
  • Participate, Assist, and Ensure in the taking of Daily and Monthly Physical Inventories actively to control the risk of inventory differences and ensure that the information is useful for daily operations (Product Availability, Route Supply, Operational Floors, etc.) that facilitates decision-making.
  • Administer, Coordinate, and Manage the personnel under their charge to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Processes by applying established Policies and Procedures.
  • Implement, Control, and Ensure the correct application of product rotation guidelines (TPM), to comply with the First Expired, First Out Policy.
  • Identify, Execute, and Ensure the arrangement of the Product and Packaging Warehouse, according to the official distribution plan (layout) to quickly and effectively identify the locations of materials that facilitate the daily operation of product/packaging entries and exits.
  • Foster, Participate, and Promote teamwork, communication, and a good work environment to guarantee the achievement of objectives and compliance with area indicators.
