Requirements

  • Completed and verifiable High School diploma (Technician in Business Administration, Finance, Public Accounting, or similar)
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Controller (1 year)
  • Experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant (1 year)
  • Knowledge of Account Analysis (Basic)
  • Knowledge of Treasury and electronic payment methods (Basic)
  • Knowledge of Credit and collection (Intermediate)
  • Knowledge of Cash handling (Advanced)
  • Knowledge of Cash count (Advanced)
  • Knowledge of use of coin counters (Advanced)
  • Knowledge of Excel (Basic)
  • Knowledge of Administrative activities (Basic)

Responsibilities

  • Execute and administer the reception of values and supporting documents for the correct settlement of sales.
  • Attend cashiers at the counter for collaborators and salespeople, receiving cash, invoices, and documents, verifying amounts and recording information in the system to generate settlements.
  • Comply with security measures to ensure the safeguarding of values, performing cash counts, deposits, and delivery of values to authorized transport companies.
  • Manage the registration and control of values by denomination, route, or salesperson, archiving supporting documentation and sending reports to the corresponding area.
  • Coordinate the delivery and custody of values, ensuring acknowledgments of receipt and compliance with processes with transport providers or authorities when applicable.
  • Carry out credit and collection activities, including receiving payments, following up with clients, sending documentation, and managing files.
  • Participate in physical inventories of products, packaging, pallets, and deliveries, reconciling information and managing detected differences.
  • Support in controller activities such as validation of losses, review of assets, and operational support to the distribution center.
