About The Position

SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a Therapy Services Supervisor for their South Madison Campus. This leadership role involves overseeing a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Rehabilitation Aides. The supervisor will be responsible for staff development, performance management, operational oversight, and strategic growth of therapy services. This role requires collaboration with providers and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality patient outcomes, efficient clinic operations, and an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence, and be comfortable navigating challenging conversations and coaching team members. Prior leadership experience is preferred, but candidates with demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for developing others are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Two years experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, including PTs, PTAs, OTs, SLPs, and Rehab Aides
• Onboard, mentor, and develop staff
• Manage daily clinic operations and workflow
• Monitor and utilize operational and clinical data to drive performance improvements
• Address employee relations and performance concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with providers, clinic leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Champion a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care
• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
• Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to departmental clinicians.
• Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• May participate in the direct delivery of care. Completes evaluations and treatments as needed.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
